The Annual General Meeting 2010
Saturday 16 th October

As asked at the 2009 AGM, Helen has located a hall for the 2010 AGM in Leicester. She has provisional booked both 9th and 16th October.  Over the past few years we have used the Saturday which would equate to the 16th.  Does keeping to this date cause anyone real problems?  I can make both. I would like to give Helen the OK to convert one of the provisional bookings in to a full booking - soon.  Your comments please - hopfully I don't have too many conflicting replies.  Fuller details once they have been fully established.
